Appointment Policy

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure our time with you is fully available and best used.

We give both phone call and e-mail confirmations of your appointment the day before. Please give a courtesy call if you will be running late. We give a 10 minute grace period for all styles. After the grace period we may give your appointment to the next client.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price for your scheduled service.
